About The Role:

We are looking for a motivated engineer with a focus on customer facing sales to drive revenue growth of our proprietary products and services. You will own customer interactions as a member of our sales team and will have a wide open opportunity to grow the business and your role. You will work directly with marketing, technical, and leadership teams to develop and execute sales strategies that will propel PSNERGY forward and consistently achieve business growth goals. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with customer facing sales in an industrial environment and a strong technical background.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Bring an opinion and work with leadership to develop sales strategies
  • Execute on sales strategies to achieve overall business growth objectives
  • Develop and grow strong new customer relationships
  • Bring the voice of the customer to the technical and design teams for product and service offerings
  • Refine and deploy a methodology for educating the customer in an industrial environment
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process, including quotes, proposals, and customer interactions
  • Deploy content through various channels, ensure strong web presence and increase brand awareness


Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • Willingness to lead, have a bias for action in problem solving, and bring innovative ideas
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, drive for growth, willingness to own results
  • Technical ability to develop a comprehensive knowledge of PSNERGY’s product line
  • Interdisciplinary ability to understand and teach technical concepts of products and applications
  • Overall digital preference and proficiency
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools, Pipedrive experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel to industrial facilities to present and meet with customers
