Radiant Tube Integrity Check
PSNERGY can help you comply with requirements of the latest NFPA 86 Standard, as well as prepare for your next industrial furnace outage.

Compliant with recent nfpa 86 updates per 2023?
According to the 2023 edition of NFPA 86: Standard for Ovens and Furnaces, Section 7.4.22, industrial furnaces operating with radiant tube burners without pre-ignition purge or flame supervision are required to undergo annual inspections to verify the integrity of the tubes.
PSNERGY technology can help you meet this requirement by:
- Detecting cracked tubes within minutes in furnaces running with an atmosphere
- Distinguishing between cracked tubes and carbon buildup for faster, more accurate troubleshooting
- Monitoring and maintaining combustion performance to reduce the likelihood of tube cracking or carbon buildup in the future
