About The Role:
We are looking for a hands on, motivated person to join our growing team as an Industrial Service Technician. You will become a member of the Field Service Team, providing great products and services to our customers. Working with our proprietary technology, you will learn the details of industrial combustion systems and how to troubleshoot and set them up. With a knowledgeable team, you will travel throughout North America, keeping combustion systems operating at peak efficiency with minimal emissions. To be successful in this role you need to be versatile, mechanically oriented, and be enthusiastic to take on new problems in an industrial environment as we continue to push technology forward to reduce emissions.
What You'll Achieve:
- You’ll work Safely and ensure a safe work environment
- You’ll deliver Quality services at customer locations throughout North America
- You’ll learn & deploy PSNERGY’s problem solving methodology for combustion systems
- You’ll test and implement remote Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) monitoring systems
- You’ll work with the team to achieve continuous improvement in service delivery and technology
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
- Mechanically oriented and hands on
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Willingness to travel to customer locations and respond to emergency calls
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with technology and comfortable with productivity apps
- Happy to own challenging assignments and responsibility
- High School diploma or equivalent
Nice to Haves:
- Associates degree - Technical track
- Experience in an Industrial or Military environment
- Experience with Technology
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Passion for delivering quality high tech products
