About The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, driven engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of the Field Service Team you will deliver great products and services to our customers. Working with our proprietary technology, you will learn the details of industrial combustion systems as well as our proprietary IIoT systems, how to troubleshoot them and set them up. With a knowledgeable team, you will travel throughout North America, keeping combustion systems operating at peak efficiency with minimal emissions. To be successful in this role you need to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems in an industrial environment as we continue to push technology forward to reduce emissions.
What You'll Achieve:
- You’ll work Safely and ensure a safe work environment while achieving product and service sales goals
- You’ll deliver Quality services at customer locations throughout North America
- You’ll learn and deploy PSNERGY’s problem solving methodology for combustion systems
- You will work with the engineering team to develop next generation service offerings
- You’ll test and implement remote Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) monitoring systems
- You’ll work with and lead service teams to achieve continuous improvement in service delivery and technology
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering Technology degree
- Experience with industrial electronics and programmable logic controllers (PLC)
- Passion for troubleshooting and problem solving
- Self-motivated with a desire to travel
- Detail oriented with good communication skills
- Familiar with technology and comfortable with productivity apps
- Happy to own challenging assignments and responsibility
