About The Role:
PSNERGY is looking for amazing Engineers to join our Engineering Development Program.
The Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a three year rotational position / program that allows talented engineers to learn PSNERGY’s technology, products, services, and customers while building their skillset. Over the course of three years, you will rotate through service, operations and design, and customer success, positioning successful candidates to grow into leadership roles within the organization.
Rotation 1: Combustion Engineering Services
Working with the Field Service Team, you will be delivering some of the greatest products and services available to our customers. Working with our proprietary technology, you will learn the details of industrial combustion systems, troubleshooting, and set up. You will travel throughout North America with our knowledgeable team, keeping combustion systems operating at peak efficiency with minimal emissions. (12 - 18 months)
Rotation 2: Operations & Design Engineering
Working with the Engineering team, you will learn the details of the product development cycle, the production processes, the design details of our patented and proprietary products & services, and will be instrumental in the development and production of new products & services. (12 - 18 months)
Rotation 3: Customer Success Engineering
In this role, you will have responsibility for specific customers, driving success of their operations through the use of PSNERGY technology and data, combined with our deep understanding of combustion systems. (12 - 18 months)
Engineers that successfully complete the rotational assignments are expected to take off-program roles that best fit their interests, skills, and business needs.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
- Degreed in ME or MET, EE or EET, IBE
- Entrepreneurial-minded with a bias for action
- Amazed by electro-mechanical equipment, Hands-on and fired up to tinker and build things
- Passionate about developing disruptive products and services
- Comfortable with tech-enabled communication and productivity apps
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and happy to own challenging assignments & responsibility
- Interested in travel
- Bored with bureaucracy, Eager to learn and grow
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in an Industrial or Military environment
- Experience with Technology (PLC, Sensors & Actuators, IIOT)
- Experience delivering quality high-tech products or services
